Paula Patton was born in Los Angeles in a middle-class family. The actress grew up with dreams of great heights. Her best roles include the action spy film Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol and the dramatic Precious. Born into a middle-class family in Los Angeles, she harboured huge dreams when she was a kid. Her mother enjoyed watching films and instilled a passion for film in her young daughter as well. Paula took part in school co-curricular activities, and she was particularly interested in the drama. She was a member of her class and took part in the school's productions. She performed in numerous performances at the high school of Hamilton Magnet Arts High School and then decided to pursue acting as a career. She was part of at the University of Southern Calif's summer camp, and loved it immensely. She received a 3-month contract to produce documentaries on PBS. After she had completed her three-month task successfully, her first job was in the field of production for television documentaries. After completing her assignment, she started producing documentary films. Even though she loved what she did but she was always wishing for being an actor. Her acting journey began with a small character in the film romantic comedy Hitch along with Will Smith. Since then she has appeared in numerous film and television programs.
